“Bunnybelle” was our
first slipper launch to be built with the addition of a
secondary cockpit under the forward deck, making good use of the
otherwise usually redundant space – in this area there is
seating for two and pull out fridge/bottle cooler – when not in
use, smart double hinged hatches fold over the forward cockpit
to retain the elegant line of the foredeck. Seating in the main cockpit comprises of a pair of very comfortable solid mahogany sports seats at helm, with bench seat and ‘child seats’ at stern, all upholstered with ‘Dinamca’ Alcantara covered cushions. There are cocktail cabinets to port and starboard for the safe stowage of bottles and glasses, and flooring consists of open teak gratings. In addition to the usual deck fittings, which are of lacquered brass, the foredeck is also furnished with a good quality Francis searchlight. “Bunnybelle”s current owner has enjoyed many successful trips with her along the Thames and has found her battery capacity to be more than satisfactory. |
